TROUBLE SHOOTING LIST

1)       Roller/Cartridge

a)       Clicking or Scraping Sound

-            Ensure Threading rods are NOT sticking out of the belts

b)       No Movement

-            Powered Roller Connector damaged

-            Belts not tightened to spec

-            Connector is not screwed all the way in

2)       Machine Continuously Stops

-            Over feeding machine

3)       HMI Doesn’t Start

-            Replace Primary Fuse

4)       Vibratory

a)       Rattling

-            Ensure VC is not touching the back part of the funnel

-            Check that the grate is secure

-            Check that Vibratory Controller is below 70%

b)       Not Starting

-            Check its connected to VC Controller

-            Check if wires or connectors are damaged

SOP Trouble Shooting

1)       Wet Product as whole plant (Still Hung)>14-15%

a)       Drop RH to 50% for 24-36 Hours

b)       Drop RH to 40-45% for 6-12 Hours

c) ​Drop RH to 30-35% for 1-3 Hours

2)       Wet Product recently bucked (Within previous 24-48 hours from when Softrim 1000 arrives) >14-15%

a)       Fill totes 3” deep with lid OFF and burp every 6 hours

i)          Drop RH to 45% for 12-24 hours

ii)        Drop RH to 40% for 6-12 hours

3)       Wet Product NOT bucked within the previous 24-48 hours sitting in closed totes/bags

a)       Fill totes 3” deep with lid OFF and diligently burp every 4-6 hours

i)          Drop RH to 30-45% for 1-3 hours to crisp outer leaves
