Softrim Quick Start Guide

Softrim Recommended Settings Start Up: Once the machine is plugged into 110v 15amp standard outlet the HMI will start up and the PRI software will appear, press continue, and you will be brought to the Softrim home page. 

Prior to starting the machine, please ensure that all doors are close and all connectors are connected to their proper receivers (2 Cartridge connectors and 2 connectors going from the machine to the HMI), ensure the E-stop is disengaged (If engaged rotate to the right) and press the blue light if its solid you are ready to begin processing HMI Blue light indicators 

Flashing- This will occur when the machine first starts, press the HMI “RESET” button and it will turn solid if it continues flashing this indicates there is a fault, ensure all doors are closed and all connectors are connected properly. Then press the blue button and if all the connectors are correct, and doors are closed it will be solid once pressed. 

Solid- Ready to Run Main Machine: 

Primary Belt: Fully adjustable (Ideal settings to start are 75-100 speed) 

Draw Belt: Do not go above a speed of 25 (Ideal settings to start are 1-25 on Stitch) (When running smalls, start on 1 stitch and move to constant if necessary) 

Oscillator: Increase in increments of 5 as needed. Spacing: Fully adjustable (Ideal spacing to start is 1.5-2.5 and tighten as needed) 

Vibratory Conveyor Controller: Use corresponding arrows to adjust speed. NOT recommended to alter frequency
