Startup Inspection

Inititial Inspection

Before operaing the machine, visually inspect the work and verify the following:

1. No personnel performing maintenance or other work on any of the machine equipment.
2. All unnecessary items (tools, rags, etc.) have been removed from the machine area.
3. Machine is free of visible damage.

Cartridge inspection

Open both access doors. Inspect and verify the following:

Belts are centered on roller assemblies. Inspect in 4 areas

Belt pins are completely recessed within the belts. Inspect in 6 areas

Belt tensioners are fully extended and engaged. Inspect in 4 areas
