Start Up Screens

The start-up screen displays the machine logo and prompts the user to agree and continue to the home screen.

Home Screen

The home screen provides access to start and stop the machine. It includes buttons for navigating to the tuning, recipes, alarms, and settings pages.

Tuning Screen

The tuning screen allows users to adjust the speeds of the primary belt, draw belt, and oscillator using sliders for each component.

Stitching

Stitching lets you change the movement style of the belt. It will pause rotation momentarily in a rubbing motion which helps roll the product as it moves down the belt. Its default is set to ON.

Reversing changes the direction the Draw Belts rotation. Note that if the Draw belts speed is higher than the Primary Belt while in reverse, the product will not move through the belts properly and may cause the machine to back up from overfilling.

Changes do not take effect until you press 'Apply'

Recipe Screen

The recipe screen enables users to select from a list of predefined recipes linked to specific tuning settings. You can create recipes for products that are in different stages of Dryness or leaf content. Utilizing and becoming familiar with this function is key to optimal production so you don't have to fiddle with tuning during operation.
